• Personal health data related to your Pregnancy/ Birth/ Baby/ prenatal and Antenatal info / Baby’s health and developmental info Relevant to all advice/guidance and teachings as well as programs you may purchase.

You directly provide MHNB with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

• Register online or purchase any of our programs products or services inc all programs/ Courses/ Masterclasses/ Lives/ Focus chats/ Q&A sessions/ All products/ services/programs/teaching that fall under the same umbrella.

• Voluntarily complete a registration form/ booking form/ Online Course/ provide a message via our chat button / Subscription form membership / Blogs/ Or on any of our message boards or via email.

• Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.

 

How will we use your data?

MHNB collects your data so that we can:

• Process your order and manage your account.

• Email you with special offers/discounts/ new packages/ new courses as they arise, on other products and services we think you might benefit from.

MHNB will not share your personal data with any other organization, save for:

Some personal data may be stored for up to 7 (seven) years for regulatory and potential referral purposes. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data using available data anonymizing software.

MHNB:

Clause 1: MHNB Reserves the right to Hold and Maintain information including personal information and Health data on record for up to 1 YR After the Client has left MHNB Membership/ Program.  This is to allow for continuity purposes / future purchases from the client. This is also a Legal requirement to safeguard the Baby/ babies worked with,

MHNB holds a duty of care to every baby they work with/ have worked with in the 3 years agreed to.  

Clause 2 MHNB Will hold all data as confidential, Unless Required by Law pertaining to any safeguarding concerns MHNB May have concerning the Baby/ Babies working/ worked with inc the period of 3 Yrs.

 

Client:

If the client decides to withdraw consent for further Marketing / further programs and future services of MHNB, the client's Data Will no longer be maintained by MHNB.  However, Health Data about the Baby/ babies worked with and collected will be held for the agreed 3-YR Period. Once this Period has subsided and no legal requirement is due the Data will be removed/ destroyed from our Database.

However, Notes/ Plans summaries and details of the client will be kept, for training purposes, with all personal data removed.  

The above MHNB clauses apply. (1 and 2)  

Such New collection of Data will be required should the client wish to Return/continue.
