Cancellation Policy

This coaching session has a 2-day cooling off period from the point of sale- after this time the Payment is nonrefundable. This coaching session is 1-2-1 and will last approx. 1hr The topic is Weaning, to include video consultation / Kit list/ First foods Chart/ Weaning stage 1./ Plans and summary. This coaching session is paid in advance. The coaching session payment includes Tax and VAT. The coaching session is nonrefundable after the cooling-off period. Please note: while this is non -non-refundable We are very happy to reschedule the date and time for you, however, please be aware that the dates may be restricted due to the coach's workload. So you may not be able to book on the day/time you would prefer. This video consultation will only be for up to 2 people in the session.
